Return Policy

We accept returns only when items are returned in their original condition as received. Returned items must include all original packaging, tags, authentication certificates, and any accessories. Items showing new wear, damage, alterations, missing components, or missing documentation will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at their expense.

To initiate a return email support@bagpreserver.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items before receiving return instructions. Once you receive authorization, ship the item to the address provided and include the original packing and documentation. You are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or an authenticity issue we verify.

Refunds are issued after we inspect the returned item and confirm it meets the original condition requirement. If the item fails inspection we will contact you to arrange return or resolution. Processing refunds typically takes up to 7 business days after inspection.
